These Terms of Service govern your use of the Teccea website, SaaS products, and custom IT consulting services provided by TECCEA Inc.

1. Service Agreements & SLAs

All enterprise software deployments, managed IT SLAs, and custom software projects operate under executed Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) documents.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless specified in custom contract terms, all proprietary software products (Teccea Enterprise ERP, Pulse BI, OmniConnect) remain the sole intellectual property of TECCEA Inc.
